Elder Frank D. Loftin

Born in Mt. Holly, NJ to the late Gladys M. Loftin, Elder Loftin was raised in Florence, NJ, with his siblings:  Tirrell, Annette, Jeffrey, and Beverly.  He attended Florence Township’s public schools and high school and graduated in 1979, after which, he accepted employment at Griffin Pipe Products in Florence and recently retired after 30 years of service.

Throughout his childhood, Elder Loftin was a member of St. Paul’s Baptist Church in Florence, NJ where Rev. Wiley Sharpe was the pastor.  There, Elder Loftin accepted the calling on his life and was licensed to preach the Gospel in June 1987.

In 1991, he became a member of Community Baptist Church in Bristol, PA where Rev. Joseph Wright is the pastor.  He served as an Associate Minister there and in 2003 was ordained by Rev. Wright.

Prior to joining New Jerusalem House of God, Elder Loftin served as the pastor of House of Prayer in Levittown, PA and is a former instructor for Manna Bible Institute in Mt. Holly, NJ.  At New Jerusalem, Elder Loftin serves as the Director of the Youth Ministry, a New Disciple’s Class Instructor, and a member of Pastor’s Executive Board.

He is a Man of God; a husband to Faith; father to Lauren (Vincent), Kia, and Kourtney; stepfather to Calvin, Edrina, and Isaiah; and “Paw-Paw” to Madison and Sanai.

Elder Loftin’s favorite scripture, Psalms 37:23:  “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.” . . .  fuels his desire to build up the saints and encourage them to exercise and strengthen their faith and live victoriously through Christ.

Psalms 119:133 – “Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.”
