Minister Faith A. AndrewsAbout Min. Faith A. Loftin

Church Administrator / Executive Assistant

Born and raised in Mt. Holly, NJ and currently a resident of Burlington, NJ, Faith is New Jerusalem House of God's Church Administrator, Church Clerk, and Pastor Fryar's Executive Assistant. She is also the coordinator of New Jerusalem's Salvation Army Service Unit which services residents of Burlington City and Burlington Township. Faith’s administrative background stems from her tenures with Burlington County College, Copelco Leasing Corporation, and Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, respectively. While her executive assistant experience was acquired initially from her corporate world employment, her most important organizational and assistant skills continue to be honed as she performs her duties as the mother of 3 children: Calvin, Edrina, and Isaiah.

Led by her passion for peace, Faith began preparing to leave the corporate arena in 1994. She became a Certified Massage Practitioner after attending Owens Institute of Wholistic Sciences in Wilmington, DE and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor after completing training with the International Association of Infant Massage Instructors which is headquartered in Portland, OR. As the latter, she teaches parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers the art of gentle touch to help promote stress reduction, the bonding process, and confidence in parenting. Infant Massage has been proven to be extremely beneficial for children who are at a greater risk of being neglected and abused. Subsequently, in 1999, as a result of a proposal presented to the Camden Board of Education, Faith was hired to develop and teach a 5 week course to young mothers at Camden High School and Woodrow Wilson High School.

As a Certified Massage Practitioner, Faith has maintained a steady massage therapy practice since July 1995. Her clientele has ranged from the terminally ill to professional athletes and her clients range in age from 11-92. Faith has participated as a workshop facilitator and/or massage therapist for various organizations from Parsippany, NJ to Seattle, WA including Philadelphia Black Women’s Health Project, Black Family Reunion & Festival, National Baptist Convention USA, National Black Nurses’ Association, Creative Escapes Relaxation & Rejuvenation Retreats, and the Pacific Northwest African American Women’s Advance . . . to name a few.

Still fueled by her passion for peace, Faith strives to assist New Jerusalem House of God in moving forward with order, clarity, and consistency. Her desire is to have everyone who comes in contact with New Jerusalem affected positively by their interaction with the administrative, leadership, and ministerial team. In addition to handling the church’s day-to-day operations and Pastor Fryar’s administrative needs, Faith has answered her call to the ministry. She is looking forward to traveling the path the Lord has paved for her and while traveling finding more of what she’s passionate about . . . Peace.
